Hi there! Everyone, as you see that the unsolved mystery case of Natalee Holloway's case is recently back on the media. As we all know that the Aruban government does not want to continue to bring Joran Van Der Shoot to justice. The Aruban governent just wants to stop this case completely and forget about it. So, in other words, what the Aruban government is doing is protecting a criminal who has committed this crime and repeatly giving various confessions with the purpose of covering up his crime; at the same time, this criminal is publishing new books and giving TV interviews about this case. Meanwhile, this criminal is making money profit after he killed Natalee Holloway, an innocent high school student. In a sense, this is very unfair to Natalee Holloway. In order to serve justice for Natalee Holloway, my idea is that the American military should send a SWAT team into Aruba and bring Joran Van Der Shoot back on the American soil and do him justice on our own homeland. Just for letting her go to Aruba. It was a graduation gettaway. That's a good opportunity that shouldn't be missed. I think the parents are the last people to be blamed. I'm sure most parents expect their kids to be well protected when they are going on a school trip. How was they suppose to know it would turn out tragic? I was watching the natalee holloway movie and her mom told her to watch her drinking because guys can take advantage and natalee obviously took her as a joke. As sad as it is that she died she is really the primary person to be blamed because she allowed herself to get drunk, took drinks from guys, and ruined her judgement so bad to where she'd get in a car with strange guys and leave her friends. The second to be blamed is the school for not protecting those kids in the first place just in case they did do something stupid. It makes me sad that everytime I look at that movie I think " if she hadn't been drunk she would have came back home". I know some people might get mad at me. I'm not being cold hearted at all because I wish she had of learned from her mistakes without dying. I'm leaving the country going to Aruba this sunday for a 2 week stay. I have timeshare in Marriot surf club there. I've been to aruba 5 times before. But this will be my first year with the timeshare we just bought that last year. I've done snorkling, banana boat, i went to hooters there, a few dance clubs, i've rented a jeep to go around Aruba visit a zoo, went shopping, never gambled yet though (im 15), i've tanned insanely too much. i've done everything there. What should i do for these 2 weeks? do you think 2 weeks will be too much and boring? What else do i do? BTW please don't mention the natalie holloway BS. It was the 1st and last crime thing that happend in Aruba. Do you think this case is blown out of proportion? my opnion this might be insensitive of myself, but I am a young, american girl and I think im qualified to take a position/stand on this. Joran Van Der Sloot apparently said he had sex with Holloway or something and then she was dead and they put her in the sea. The report by De Vries will air Sunday night. Van der Sloot now said he told the person what they wanted to hear, not the truth. Whether or not he was lying or not is kind of irrelevant to this question. My question is, what does this mean for Van der Sloot. Can he be convicted because of this? Or does his "I was lying" cover for him? What does this mean for him? Was she killed and her body disposed of in the ocean? Was she smuggled into the Central American sex slave trade that Aruba is supposedly a prime breeding ground for? I was sad when I heard that she disappeared two years ago in Aruba. But I am curious as to why this story is still domoninating the news. I suspect if she was Asian, Hispanic or African American, less coverage would be given.Correction on the first name. Natalee not Nancy. I am not saying that it is not a sad story, but there have been thousands of missing children stories that have not got any media attention. Van der Sloot is attending school in Holland. The three had previously been arrested in 2005, Aruban prosecutors noted in a statement, but a court released them, citing insufficient evidence.
