Resolved Question: 90s cartoon with acronym title?

I'm looking for a cartoon that aired circa the mid 90s. Only caught one episode of it and was never able to find it again. Title was an acronym I think. Had a handful of main characters and in the episode they traveled to Las Vegas (with one character, a surfer type guy with long blond hair, commenting Las Vegas was the only place you had to wear sunglasses at night) and in the episode they came across an alien woman who needed their help. I remember her and the main hero having feelings for each other but in the end she ended up dying, during a car chase I think. I remember being surprised at a cartoon showing death so plainly. My apologies for not remembering any more details about the cartoon. Thanks for your help.No, wasn't the MIB cartoon, I remember watching that. This cartoon had 4 or 5 ' good guy' characters, each fitting an archetype I would guess. Clean cut hero, surfer, maybe a bruiser sort. That applies to 90% of the good guys vs. bad guys cartoons out there I admit. I suspect this was a show that lasted only a few episodes because I never saw a commercial for it before or after I caught that episode and I don't remember seeing any toys sold in stores in connection with the show.No, wasn't A.T.O.M., I caught this episode mid-90s. Pre-1997 at the very least since I don't remember having internet access at the time I caught the episode and I first got internet access in '97.Bureau of Alien Detectors definitely seems like it's the show I remember.
